Christmas Time 2011 part 1

Yes Yes this is extremely late, but I wanted to get all caught up!

Preschool Christmas program at Challenger!  Finn and Sophie were  so excited to show us all the things they had learned and new songs they could sing!  They even got a surprise visit from Santa at the end!

Right after their program we headed to the airport to have some fun in Disneyland!!  

We had a great time in Disneyland in December!  The weather was perfect the lines were short, we just might make this a tradition every year!!

Carving pumpkins!

After going to the pumpkin patch we had to carve them!  Sophie chose the ghosts, Audy's was the haunted house and Finn's was Batman.

She did so so good!  Finn was her biggest fan...he was so cute cheering his sister on the whole time she danced!

Trick or Treat!

Our Super Heroes to the rescue!

We trick or treated at the outlet mall in Park City this year.  It was a perfect day the kids LOVED going into all the stores and yelling TRICK OR TREAT!  They got their faces painted and made a haul on candy!  They were so excited to get back home to give other kids candy at the door!  Halloween was so much fun with our two fantastic super heroes!  They even got to wear their super cool costumes to school...It doesn't get any better than that!

Somehow I managed not to take any pictures of Thanksgiving, but it was wonderful just the same with lots of family and great food!

Summer/Fall Wrap up!

This is my sad attempt to finally wrap up our lives the last little bit of summer and fall!!

 We went to the Salt Lake County Fair and had so much fun!!

The Kids rode all the rides by their big kid selves!!

Pumpkin patch!

                             There was the cutest pumpkin patch in Logan we hit up after spending the day at Q and Christie's.  It was fun picking our very own pumpkins off their vines!

LOTAJA

Wow where does the time go!!  I have a feel like I need to catch up in the blogging world before the holidays get here!!

So after the Finn and Sophie's birthday, we headed up to Logan!  Audy had been training all summer for LOAJA!  We left the kids with Audy's mom and drove up with Q and Chrisite and stayed at Q's parents place the night before the race.
I had no Idea what to expect from this ride at all, it was crazy and I didn't even ride!  Christie and I were the support crew.  I am so proud of Audy this was a huge accomplishment!!  206 miles, 3 states, 1 day!

 This was the last stop that I saw Audy before the finish line.  He was still smiling and feeling good by this point.  This was mile 175 only 30 more to go!

So Christie and I were having such a great time that we totally got turned around and drove to Idaho instead of Jackson and missed Audy coming through the finish line.... I was running to see if I could catch him but no he was already through just standing there waiting for me!  When I saw I totally started crying I felt so bad, but he was cute enough to get back on his bike and ride through again for a photo opt!

This was him waiting for me after he had already finished!  I was so impressed he looked so good after such a LONG ride!
