Yeah for something NEW!!!

After 5 1/2 months of nothing but milk it was time for a change!!!! Here are some of the highlights of Sophie & Finn's fist experience with Rice cereal. Finn seems to love it, and Sophie likes to hide about three or four spoon fulls in her cheeks and then spit it out all at once!

For X-mas Ash got me a few passes to Snowbird since this was the first year since living in Utah that I didn't have a pass. I have been waiting for the right day to use my day passes, and today was definitely the right day. Pat and I left early and were lucky enough to get the mouth of little Cottonwood right as it open and we some of the first people up there. We got 2nd chair and were the 1st people down ....After about an hour we happened to come to the top of Snowbird as the opened the back side that hadn't been open the day before and had over 2 feet of fresh powder...I couldn't help to yelling wooooooooo the whole way down...I guess powder just has that effect on people! This was one of the best Powder days I've had in a long time, and I hope to get a few more in. This also was the 1st time I've skied at Snowbird in 3 seasons, and I couldn't help but feeling like I was at home!

Sophie has the most contagious smile, she gets so happy and opens her mouth as wide as she can! I just love her toothless grins!

Yeah for jumpers

We recently bought Sophie and Finn jumpers because they are now wanting to constantly be entertained and stimulated they are still a little small for them right now but they both just love to sit and stare and play with all the fun things on the jumper!

No more mom!! Sophie loves to have things on her head, I am not sure why but it really calms her down.
Funny thing... I went into sophie's room and there she was with her soft pink blankie on her head, just being so happy in her crib.
When she saw me come in she totally started smiling so big it was so precious!
