Rockwell and St. George

 In June Audy and some of his buddies signed up to Rockewell Relay.  A non-stop bike ride from Moab to St. Geroge.  Audy got this sweet RV from one of the guys he works with, when he went to pick it up the guy so loving told him he forgot to take out a gallon of milk and it was left in the refrigerator for at least 4 months... so I am sure you can imagine the smell!  You would think right there would have been a reason to bag the whole RV thing, but nope I scrubbed, bleached and cleaned that stupid RV and it still smelled horrible!  The hitch on this thing didn't quite fit their bikes so they hammered it in to get it to fit.. another reason to bag this whole idea!  Not even half way through the ride in the 110 degree desert heat the RV stalled going up a hill.. the engine had seized!  They had to beg borrow and PLEAD to get to St. George where all of the wives were there waiting for them to roll in on bikes with that RV.  I felt so bad for all of them, they were all so excited to do this ride and put in so much effort to get there and half of them didn't even get to ride!

Meanwhile I drove the kids down to St. George and met up with Christie, Britney and Cristi.... we had so much fun!  But i was really worried about the boys!

We were sure glad when the boys finally made it down!

Poor Van was MIA in most of my pics... he didn't feel good and was napping most of the time... He spiked a fever on the way home so I headed to Insta care in provo on Sunday night and the poor little had an ear infection!  His first!
