Photo Shoot

I got Sophie and Finn's 4 yr old pictures taken the same time as Van's newborn pics!  I absolutely  LOVE them ALL.  The turned out so cute.  The girl did such a great job, she really captured the personalities of Finn and Soph, and Van's are just yummy!  

THREE!

I have THREE kids!  It has been a dream to have Van join our family.  He is such a good baby.  Its still weird to think that he has been with us for only a month, he fits so well into our family that it seems like he has always been with us!  We sure do love him!  Here are some random pics of the last month!

Then I got a knock at my garage door, and here are these two saying trick-or-treat!  I laughed so hard, I had to go get some candy for my first trick-or-treaters of the season!

HE'S HERE!!

Well the newest member of our family is here!!!  Van Austin Smoot!  Born September 12, 2012 @ 8:11 and weighed 7lbs 1 oz.  We are totally in LOVE with him, and can't imagine life without him!


I delivered and Riverton hospital, it was a totally different experience than the last time around!  The hospital was so nice and quiet..there were not a lot of people delivering babies that day.  I go to the hospital at 5:30 am.  They got me all situated, the worst part about the whole delivery was the nurse blew through 4 of my veins for the IV before she finally got it right!  Then they wheeled me back to the OR, i got my spinal and away they went.  I got into the OR at 7:30 and Van was born at 8:11.  He is perfect and we ALL love him so much!

He was breach with the cord wrapped around his neck twice!

This time around my pregnancy was really hard still (throwing up at 28 weeks!) but it was all worth in to get Van here.  The delivery was great, it was amazing having him in my room with me.  And so happy to have him come home with us!  We love him and are so grateful to have him in our little family!
