Well the newest member of our family is here!!! Van Austin Smoot! Born September 12, 2012 @ 8:11 and weighed 7lbs 1 oz. We are totally in LOVE with him, and can't imagine life without him!
I delivered and Riverton hospital, it was a totally different experience than the last time around! The hospital was so nice and quiet..there were not a lot of people delivering babies that day. I go to the hospital at 5:30 am. They got me all situated, the worst part about the whole delivery was the nurse blew through 4 of my veins for the IV before she finally got it right! Then they wheeled me back to the OR, i got my spinal and away they went. I got into the OR at 7:30 and Van was born at 8:11. He is perfect and we ALL love him so much!

| See ya! This time around my pregnancy was really hard still (throwing up at 28 weeks!) but it was all worth in to get Van here. The delivery was great, it was amazing having him in my room with me. And so happy to have him come home with us! We love him and are so grateful to have him in our little family! |

That little picture of him in the blue blanket...his little face is so sweet and you LOOK AWESOME! Your going home picture, you look happy! Love the kids with Finn and Sophs too! :)
What a cute newborn! So glad it went well. Excited to meet the little guy. I find out today what's I'm having - hopefully a little boy so Van can have a buddy!
Oh my gosh I LOVED reading that post. Ashlee you look so pretty and happy! And little Van is seriously a gorgeous newborn. I'm so happy for you guys. We can't wait to meet him either!
Oh my I am so happy he is here! We are dying to come up and meet him. I am so happy things went a lot better this time!
Congratulations!!! He is darling. So happy the delivery went well and you can now feel better. Still would love to meet your three sweeties sometime.
